The Houthis only demanded that the food blockade on the people of Gaza be lifted! Trump should have just supported that, but instead he is bombing Yemen.

Dialogue works: Whether Trump himself wants this or whether he is bowing to too much resistance in the USA is not clear. He faces resistance from many sides, including the Israel lobby and the military-industrial complex. In almost all constituencies, companies benefit from arms contracts; they create a mood in favour of rearmament and warmongering. It seems that Trump's administration is not sufficiently prepared to successfully deal with these forces. China is becoming dependent on more and more fields of technology, while the US is concentrating on war production. The reason for this is the power of the profiteering elites in empires to push through their egocentric interests at the expense of the general interests. Despite new approaches towards a multipolar adjustment of policy, the Trump administration is falling back into US imperialist policy, especially in the Middle East/West Asia. If it came to war with Iran, it would be an enormous catastrophe for the entire world economy.
