The EU's foreign policy threatens to fall into the hands of one of the fiercest advocates of the escalation of the war in Ukraine. Over the next few days, MEPs will discuss and decide in the EU's Foreign Affairs Committee and then in plenary.

The EU's foreign policy threatens to fall into the hands of one of the fiercest advocates of the escalation of the war in Ukraine. Over the next few days, MEPs will discuss and decide in the EU's Foreign Affairs Committee and then in plenary.

Let us support the MEPs in preventing the election of this politician by asking the right questions. Let's campaign for an alternative candidate who is in favour of a ceasefire and a negotiated peace, for de-escalation and disarmament and confidence-building to continue building a common Europe (including Russia).
