It is worth listening to him. He explains the broad lines of global and intra-US development and possible paths to emancipation. And he hopes for socialism, the common and equal self-organization of the economy by working people. Neither the Soviet Union nor China has yet achieved this. Will the mixed state- and private-capitalist China under the domination of the Communist Party - in which a minority still decides - want it and be able to do it? He sees the answer to this question as crucial to future global development and the emancipation of the working class and humanity.
